Working together
What collaboration looks like
How we keep you in the loop
No black boxes. You can see the state of the project at any time.
- Weekly demo. A short call every week to show working software and agree on next priorities.
- Shared backlog. Every task, its status and what's coming next, visible to you at any time.
- Direct chat. A shared Slack or Microsoft Teams channel with the people building your software.
- Written updates. A brief weekly summary of progress, decisions, risks and budget used.
What we need from you
A few things on your side make the biggest difference to speed.
- One decision-maker. Someone who can set priorities and approve scope, so questions don't stall.
- Timely feedback. Comments on each demo within a few days, while the work is still fresh.
- Access and expertise. Access to the relevant systems and data, and time with the people who know the process.
- Help with testing. A few real users to try the software before launch and tell us what's missing.
Quality & security
Practices built into every project
These aren't optional extras or line items. They're how we work by default, because fixing problems after launch is always more expensive.
Code review on every change
A second engineer reviews every change before it ships.
Automated testing
Tests run on every change, so regressions are caught before users see them.
Separate environments
Development, staging and production are kept apart, and you review on staging first.
Least-privilege access
Secrets stay in a vault, and every person and service gets only the access it needs.
Backups & monitoring
Backups, uptime checks and error alerts are in place before launch day.
Dependency updates
Libraries and frameworks are kept current to close known security issues.
Engagement
Flexible ways to work together
Every engagement is tailored. These are the most common starting points, and we'll recommend the right fit after a short conversation.

Dedicated Team
A stable team of engineers and designers working on your roadmap, with priorities you control.
- Flexible scope and priorities
- Scale the team up or down
- Works inside your tools and rituals
Best for live systems
Support & Maintenance
Keep existing software secure, fast and up to date, whether we built it or inherited it.
- Security updates and bug fixes
- Monitoring and performance tuning
- Small enhancements on demand
